How can we obtain our 501c3?

Being a 501c3 is not a requirement for the Grow program, however, Google does require a 501c3 to obtain the Google Grant.

If your church is interested in getting their 501c3, Church Fuel can help!

The 501c3 Launch Track is included in your Grow Annual Plan. This will cover all of the legal fees and application fees required to get your church the 501c3 status.

There is a 12-month Grow commitment required when you jump into the 501c3 process because we're paying the legal team with your Grow enrollment fees. If you are already enrolled in Grow annually, you are all set. If you are enrolled in the monthly Grow enrollment, we can help you get switched over to an annual enrollment.

Additionally, there's a 3-month window for you to complete the required paperwork that needs to be submitted for your 501c3 application.

The great thing is that the legal team walks you through each part of the process and assists with anything you might find a challenge. Not completing it in the 3-month window may result in a reactivation fee to the legal team if no progress has been made.

If you enroll, here are the items the legal team will need:
1. The EIN for your church.

2. A copy of your bylaws AND the date they were adopted.

3. A copy of your Articles of Incorporation. (Your state may call these the Articles of Organization or Articles of Formation, they are all the same thing)

If you don't have Articles of Incorporation, the legal team can help you create them.
This service is non-refundable. Please do NOT continue if you are in a difficult financial position.
