What if I don't see any assets in my Facebook Business Manager account?

If you're using Facebook Business Manager to own/manage your Facebook Page and/or Ads Account, here are the instructions to give access to the Church Fuel team!

What if I don't see any assets in my Facebook Business Manager account?

If you don't see any assets in your Facebook Business Manager account, your screen may look like this when you log in:

This means that the Business Manager account that you're currently accessing is not the owner of your Facebook Page/Ads Account. In order to fix this, here's what to do!

Option 1 - Switch Business Accounts

It's possible that your Page/Ads Account are owned by a different Facebook Business Manager account that you do have access to. To see if this is the case, close the popup shown above and click on the Business Account name on the left sidebar. See if you have any other Business accounts in the dropdown, and check for assets in those accounts

Option 2 - Claim Access to a Business Account

It's possible that your Page/Ads account are owned by a different Facebook Business Manager account that you do not have access to. To see if this is the case, follow these instructions.

If you get to the final step and see a Business Manager account linked to your page, that is the Business Manager account you'll need access to. It's possible that, even though it's your church account, you don't have access yet. If that's the case, follow these instructions to re-gain access.

Already tried re-gaining access?

If you already tried re-gaining access, try Switching Business Manager Accounts (outlined above). If you still can't find a Business Manager account that contains any assets, you will need to follow these instructions again. Make sure you submit the Business Manager account number found on the final step of these instructions.
