How do I install Google Analytics on my website?

Find your website builder in the list below and follow the instructions! If you have any trouble with this process, reach out to your website builder host. If you don’t see your website listed, Google search “how to install Google Analytics on [website platform]”

Some website builders will require you to add the full Google Analytics tag, while others will only require the Measurement ID. Here's how you find the full tag and here's how you find the measurement ID.

  • Step 2: Log into your Ekklesia website builder and go to Admin -> Site -> More Menu (top-right corner) -> Tracking code.  Paste the Google Tag that you copied in step one into the box on that page and click “save”

• Nucleus Website *Attention Nucleus Users! If you go into the Nucleus help center and search for "Google Analytics" an article will pull up but as of 12-17-24 that article was obsolete and somewhat misleading. What's linked here is a tutorial I made, so let me know if you have any issues with it.
• WordPress: You can use whatever WordPress plugin you want but I like the free version of this one. https://wordpress.org/plugins/ga-google-analytics/ A word of caution on all plugins though—some are free and some are not. If a plugin asks you for your payment information, don't enter it unless you're prepared to be charged.
