What if I already have the Google Ad Grant but can’t access it?

If you log into your Google for Nonprofits account and there’s already a Customer ID listed in the Google Ad Grant section but nobody on your team has access to it! Don't worry! We can help!

You will add the Church Fuel team as administrators on your Google for nonprofits account.

Next you will email google@churchfuel.com to let the Google Team know that you don't have access to your Google Grant account. Our team will take care of reaching out to Google on your behalf!

If you are not able to sign into your Google for nonprofits account and nobody on your team can sign in. Don't worry! You will go ahead and submit an application. Google will recognize that your Church has a Google for nonprofit account and will email the administrator on the account. If that email isn't approved, Google will let you into your account in 14 days. This is the standard application time :)
