What church name should I use when I apply?

Use your church’s legal name when filling out this form. When we build Google Ads for your church, we can use whatever name your church uses in marketing in branding. But for this form, use your legal church name!

Google (and their partner company Goodstack—formerly called Percent) are going to use your EIN and church name to verify your nonprofit status with the IRS. If that EIN and church name don’t match, it’s going to slow the process down. So make sure you submit this form with the EIN, name, and address that the IRS has on file for your church!
