How do I prove to Goodstack (formerly called Percent) that I work or volunteer at my church?

When you're applying for Google for Nonprofits, you may come across a screen like this, asking you to upload documentation to prove that you work or volunteer at your church.

This is a safety measure to make sure a stranger doesn't apply on behalf of your church and gain access to resources that should be granted only to your church, like Google Workspace emails and the Google Ad Grant.

When you see this screen, upload one or more of the files listed! This is a newer process, so we'll add additional information as we learn it here.

Here is an update from a church that went through this process successfully:

I went ahead and submitted a copy of the articles of incorporation and a copy of a letter I had received from the state that certifies that a Certificate of Formation had been filed and it conform to state law. I received an email from google the next day on Saturday stating our church was verified and we're eligible for the grant for nonprofits.
