If you are a Starter member and need support - fill out a support request form: https://dashboard.churchfuel.com/help/
If you are wanting to get ministry coaching then you'll want to upgrade from Starter into the Coaching or Grow levels.
If you are wanting to get ministry coaching, access to grow specialists, and a fast pass to support - then you definitely want to be in Church Fuel Grow!
