How can I get an Omega website credit applied to my Church Fuel Grow account?

Fill out this form with a copy of your Ministry Designs receipt and we will work with you to see if you qualify to have an Omega credit applied to your Church Fuel Grow Account.

If your account qualifies for the credit, it will be applied to your account going forward when we receive the receipt and you will not need to forward monthly receipts. The credit will be removed if you cancel Omega at any point during your Grow enrollment.
