How do I get a receipt?

Every time a charge is processed on your credit card, a receipt will be sent via email to the primary email address on your account. If you do not see the email receipt be sure to check your spam or junk folders. You can also do a search in your email software for emails coming from support@spiffy.co and success@churchfuel.com to help locate it.


Another way to access your Church Fuel receipts is through the Customer Portal located on your Church Fuel profile page. Log into your Church Fuel Dashboard and go to your profile page.


Then enter the email associated with your Church Fuel Membership into the "Order Email" field:

Then click on the login link in the email you receive. This email will come from Church Fuel support@spiffy.co and look like this:

Once you click "Login" it should take you back to your profile page and your billing history should now appear there.
