How do I add team members?

1. Log in to dashboard.churchfuel.com and navigate to Profile > Team

2. Select Add Team Members

   

3. Type in your team member's email, first name, and last name

   Select Invite Team Member

   1. If you get the error Sorry, that username already exists, proceed to this step
4. Now your team member has been added and they will receive a welcome email. The email will be coming from cheri@churchfuel.com and will be titled "Your team has invited you to join Church Fuel!" Please have your team members check their junk/spam folder if they don't see this email.

I am a team member, can I add more team members?

No, only the primary account holder can add team members.

My team was showing but now they're missing. What do I do?

I got the error Sorry, that username already exists when inviting my team member. What now?

No problem! Enter your team member's email address into the Existing Email Address field. Select Invite Team Member. Now they have been added to your team and they will receive a welcome email!
