Use the Invite Hub to get your Congregation Inviting this Easter

Nothing compares to the power of a personal invitation from someone you know and trust. The goal of the Invite Hub is simple: activate your congregation to personally invite people to Easter in the easiest, fastest way possible.

The Invite Hub is a ready-to-use tool that removes friction and makes inviting almost effortless. With a simple scan of your QR Code, your people can send a personalized Easter invitation text, complete with a link to your church’s landing page, in less than 30 seconds.

It’s designed to take a small moment in your service and make it a teaching moment for the culture of invitation while actually sending relational invitations throughout your community. 🙌

Implementation in the Church Fuel Software 📲

Watch the video below and follow each step to get utilize the Invite Hub at your church!

1. Access the Invite Hub

   1. Navigate to your brand page.
   2. Head to 👉 visit.YOUR CHURCH URL/brand-guide
   3. Locate the QR code titled Easter Invite tool at the bottom of the page
   4. Download the QR code as a PNG file

2. Display the QR Code

   1. Display the QR code on the screens at church.
      1. You can add your QR code to one of our Canva templates for a 16x9 Slide if you are using a Church Fuel Easter Kits HERE
   2. Ensure the QR code is easily accessible for congregation members.

3. Encourage Personal Invites During Service

   1. At some point during the service, address the congregation:
      1. Invite everyone to text someone they know asking them to join them for Easter.
      2. Encourage them to scan the QR code on the screen

4. Using the Invite Tool

   1. Once the QR code is scanned, it will direct users to the Invite Hub page.
   2. Congregation members will see a prompt to type in the name of the person they wish to invite.

5. Send the Invitation

   1. After entering the name, members will hit send.
   2. This action will open their messaging app with a personalized invite ready to be sent.

Add your Church's Easter Landing Page to the Text 💬

1. Access the Church Fuel Software

   1. Log into the Church Fuel Software  - Beta.churchfuel.com
   2. Go to 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Custom Values'.
   3. In the Search bar on the right side, type in 'Easter landing page'.

2. Edit Custom Values

   1. Click on the three dots next to 'Easter landing page'.
   2. Edit the field and paste the URL of your Easter landing page.
   3. Click 'Update' to save changes.

3. Finalize Setup

   1. Confirm that the personalized message is ready for congregation members to use with the correct Easter Landing Page link in it. 🎉

Tips for Efficiency

• Ensure that the QR code is functioning properly before the service.
• Consider a brief demonstration during the service to show how easy it is to use the tool.
