Why can't I get into my Google Ad Grant account?

If you don’t see an access request in your email or when you log into Google Ads, watch this video.

This video will explain why you may not be able to access your Google Ads account (if you're approved for the grant, but can't get in). This will also explain why your account numbers might not match or why Google wants you to enter payment information!


If you log into ads.google.com and see either of these screens below, that means the email you're logged into on your dashboard isn't an administrator on your Google Ad Grant account. This video will help you troubleshoot.

Look for these emails in your inbox if you just recently activated the Google Grant yourself! If it's been a long time or you're not sure who activated it, follow the steps in the video that show you how to add us as administrators to your Google for Nonprofit account so we can speak to Google on your behalf! :)
