- Create profile in GHL. Add location ID to Active Campaign. Mark Software Profile Created as Complete
- Buy URL in GHL
- Domain & URL redirects
- Purchase domain
- If option is not available, go to Agency View and toggle feature on
- Click Manage, Add CNAME records

4. On left, Click Domain & URL Redirects
a. Click Manage
b. Click Connect
c. Funnel Website - Connect
d. Domain, simple Url Continue, Add records
e. Click Website, link domain with website core content pages, default is home page, 404 is utility pages 404. Proceed to finish
5. Click Settings
a. Business profile
b. Under business website, copy the simple url (ie yoururl.com) or use business email and copy everything after @ symbol (they should be the same URL)
c. Branded Domain: go.[pasted content]
d. Click Add Domain
e. Add record manually
f. Verify Records
Issues: If you get an error message, delete and redo above steps making sure there are no extra spaces. If you still get an error, create a task for Charity in Active Campaign “Subdomain not connecting” If Charity gets an error, she should create a task for JE and add to Stuck Spreadsheet.
6. Sites→Websites
- Connect all pages
- In domain, connect to simple URL
- In Favicon, use snippet “/11”
7. Mark “Subdomain Connected” as Complete. Move to 11&12 if needed (or Custom Values form if not completed)
8. Add new URL to Active Campaign, add to DNS notes
