- Log in to your Church Fuel Software Dashboard.
- Navigate to Sites → Websites → Add New Website → From Templates.
- Choose from the six pre-built Easter kits. You can preview them to see which colors, pictures, and layouts best fit your church's style.
- Click Choose Template; it will take about a minute to load into your account.
- Click on your new Easter kit, then select the Plan Your Visit form section on the side.
- Ensure the form is showing up correctly. If the survey or form did not map over properly, click on the section and select the Easter survey/template from the dropdown menu.
- Hit Save. This form is your "secret weapon" for following up and organizing visits.
- You will see text in brackets (e.g., {{church_name}}). These are custom values that automatically pull in your information from the church profile you submitted during setup.
- Navigate to Settings → Custom Values and search for "Easter".
- Input your specific Easter Service Times (e.g., 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM). This ensures your Easter-specific schedule is updated on the page, in follow-up emails, and in text message workflows without overwriting your regular Sunday times.
- Update the "What you call Easter" value (e.g., "Resurrection Sunday") to ensure the right terminology appears throughout the site.
- Go to Settings and connect your domain by selecting your visitor subdomain.
- Paste your Favicon URL and Google Tag Manager tracking codes (header and body) into the designated spots.
- Save, and your site is live!.
- Identify Your URL: Use your dedicated link, such as yourchurch.com/easter-2026.
- Submit the Request: Fill out the Google Custom Ad Request Form.
