Save and publish.

Anyone clicking Plan Your Visit on your website will now land on your Church Fuel form and enter your follow-up workflows.

2) Get Your Plan Your Visit Bubble Code

Go to your Church Fuel Brand Page:

visit.yourchurchurl.com/brand

Scroll to Plan Your Visit Bubble Code or Learn More Bubble Code.

Click Copy Code.

3) Add the Bubble to Your Website

The floating bubble appears in the lower-right corner of any page where it is installed.

Every website platform has a place to add footer or custom code. The names vary, but the process is the same: paste the script into a footer or page-level code area.

Example: Subsplash

  • Go to Web → Website
  • Select the page
  • Click the three dots, then Settings
  • Find Custom Code or Code Injection
  • Paste the bubble code into the footer
  • Save

Example: Ministry Designs

  • Go to Settings → Code Injection
  • To show the bubble on every page, paste the code into the Footer field

To show it on specific pages:

    • Go to Pages
    • Select a page
    • Scroll to Code Injection
    • Paste the code into the page footer
  • Save

Example: WordPress, Wix, ChurchCo, and Others

Look for settings like:

  • Footer Scripts
  • Page Header or Footer
  • Theme Custom Code
  • Code Injection

Paste the bubble code into the footer at either the site level or page level.

4) Test Everything

Visit the page where the bubble should appear.

Confirm:

  • The bubble displays in the lower-right corner
  • It follows you as you scroll
  • Clicking it opens the correct Plan Your Visit form

Submit a test entry to confirm automations and notifications fire correctly.

Notes

  • Remove any old bubble or chat widget code before adding the Church Fuel bubble.
  • Showing the bubble on select pages often creates a cleaner design.
  • Your Brand Page is always the home base for bubble code and brand assets.
  • Once installed, all traffic routes cleanly into Church Fuel pipelines and automations.
