How to Use the Brand Page

Your Brand Page is the central hub for everything visual in your Church Fuel account. It gives you quick access to logos, brand colors, landing page images, QR codes, and bubble code, so you are not hunting through files or tracking down assets from different people.

Quick Steps

1) Access Your Brand Page

In your browser, go to your Church Fuel subdomain followed by /brand.

For example:

visit.yourchurchurl.com/brand

This opens your Brand Page dashboard, a centralized hub for all brand assets.

2) Logos, Colors, and Branded Images

At the top of the page, you will see your church logos, ready to download and use for:

Print materials
Slides and screens
Graphics and design assets
Website use

Below the logos, you will see your brand colors. These are pulled directly from your Custom Values.

Scroll down to find:

Your branded photos
The background image used on all landing pages

All images can be downloaded with one click.

3) Plan Your Visit Bubble Code

Scroll down to the Plan Your Visit Bubble Code section.

Click Copy to copy the script.

Paste it into the footer of your main website to display the floating Plan Your Visit bubble.

This works with most platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Subsplash, Ministry Designs, and ChurchCo.

4) Learn More Bubble Code (Optional)

Below the Plan Your Visit bubble, you will also see the Learn More Bubble Code.

This is helpful for pages where you want people to explore more without scheduling a visit, like an About or Ministries page.

Paste this code into the footer of any page where you want the alternative bubble to appear.

5) Built-In QR Codes

Your Brand Page includes pre-generated QR codes for key pages, including:

Plan Your Visit
Connect Card
Prayer Request
Jesus Page
Welcome Event
Reviews Page

Click Download next to any QR code to save a file named with your church name and the QR code purpose.

Use these QR codes on:

Invite cards and flyers
Door hangers
Screens during services
Social media
Events and outreach

All QR codes stay synced to your live Church Fuel pages, so follow-up automations continue to work automatically.
