Step-by-Step: How to Give Keys (New Process)

  1. Go to Agency View
    • Navigate to Settings → Team.
    • Click Add a User.
  2. Enter User Information
    • Fill in the business profile details:
      • First name
      • Last name
      • Phone number
      • Email address
    • Copy the email address (you’ll use it again shortly).
    • Click Next.
  3. Set Initial Role
    • Change Agency to Account.
    • Change Admin to User

      (You must do this—admin cannot be saved at this stage.)

  4. Select the Church/Account
    • Choose the correct church name (double-check it’s the right one, e.g., Emmanuel – Flint)
  5. Copy Permissions
    • Select Copy Permissions.
    • Choose the first listed user (e.g., success+…@churchfield.com).
    • Click Apply, then Save.
  6. Edit User to Admin
    • You’ll be taken back to the user list (or the previous page).
    • Find the user by email.
    • Click the pencil/edit icon.
    • Go to Roles & Permissions.
    • Change role from User to Admin.
    • Click Save.
  7. Done
    • The user now has keys using the new process.
