  1. Once a church has completed the Quality Check and we have made sure everything is connected, Switch to Agency View, Go to Settings, then Go to Team. This is how we will add the user to the software itself.

  1. Open a second screen. Open the Church Account. Go to Settings, Business Profile. Scroll to authorized rep. Use the info from the authorized rep section to add the user in Agency View.

  1. Click the blue +Add User button, put in the church leader’s name (from the Auth. Rep on the Business profile), personal email and cell phone number (not software phone number), then click Next.

  1. Under Roles and Permissions, change the User Type to Account instead of Agency. Change the User Role as User. Turn on Restrict Access to Select Sub-Accounts and choose their church as the Selected Sub-account. Then click ‘Copy Permission’ button in the upper right. Copy the permissions settings of A Smith success+asmith@churchfuel.com  and click Apply. Click Save.

  1. Search for email address you just added. Click Pencil icon. Click Roles & Permissions. Change User Role to Admin. Click save.

  1. Afterwards, go to Active Campaign, tag the church leader beta_welcome_email_v1 and add the Automation “beta 15 - Church Fuel Software - Welcome Email. Complete the task in Active Campaign. This will send off the welcome email to the church leader, and task Paul to start running ads to the Subdomain pages.

  1. I also currently update a Google Doc for Paul with the Church’s Google Grant ID, the subdomain URL and any notes of pages ready/not ready, ie the church doesn’t have a sermon available on YouTube or Vimeo, so don’t run adds to the sermons subdomain page: Churches Ready for Google Ads
