First and Last name - Pastor Name (Colum A)
Email - General Church email (not pastor) (Column J)
Business Name - church friendly name, include City, State [Church Name - City - State]
- When in doubt, check website
Business Niche - “Church”
Business Phone - Church phone # (Column K)
Address - Use EIN Address for phone # (Column N or L)
If no address listed under EIN, use church meeting address
Website - Pull up website, copy and paste from address bar - https://www.website.com/ (Column E)
Time Zone - Time Zone (Column Z)
For Eastern, choose New York
For Central, choose Chicago
For Mountain, choose Denver
For Pacific, choose Los Angeles
“This is my client's account” should automatically be selected
Click “Add Subaccount”
Go to Reselling tab
Toggle everything off (or it will charge them!) except AD MANAGER - leave that toggled on with all zeros
Click I agree under Ad Manager
Click Save
Switch to subaccount in the far right
Click “Settings” on far left
Legal Business Name - Legal Church Name (Column G)
Business Email - General church email (must be professional email address) (Column J)
Business phone (use country code before phone number) (Column K)

Business Industry - Not for Profit
Business Registration ID Type - USA EIN (or whatever country they are in)
Business Registration NumberEIN # (column H)
**Note - USA Church’s use EIN (9 digit), Canadian Churches us 7 digit Canadian Corporation Number, not their Business Number (15 digits with RR in it)

Check Merge Facebook Contacts by Name
Check Bot Detection preventing statistics increment and auto execution
Contact Deduplication Preferences
Allow Duplicate Contact stays off
Find existing contacts based on Phone first, Email second.
Copy Location ID & Put in AC Church Account under Nerds-->Software ID & Save changes
This is what moves your church to Column 9
