How to check for Connections not listed in Active Campaign
It is possible that we have access to an account, but the customer has not connected the account through the Leadsie form. Here is how to check for access.
- Facebook Page
- Go to business.facebook.com
- Make sure you are logged in to the Church Fuel Team Business Portfolio
- Under ‘Accounts - Pages’ search for Church Name
- Copy ID # and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_page_id
- Copy Page Name and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_page_name
- In Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_page_is_success, type True
- Facebook Ads Account
- Go to business.facebook.com
- Make sure you are logged in to the Church Fuel Team Business Portfolio
- Under ‘Accounts - Ad Accounts’ search for Church Name
- Copy ID # and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_ad_account_id
- Copy Page Name and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_ad_account_name
- In Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, beta_ad_account_is_success, type True
- Google Ads
- Navigate to ads.google.com
- Login to Church Fuel account under google@churchfuel.com
- Search via Church Name
- If data is showing under “Overview”, we have access to the account
- Copy Google Grant ID # and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_ads_account_id
- Copy exact Church Name and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_ads_account_name
- In Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_ads_account_message, type True
- Google Analytics
- Navigate to analytics.google.com
- Login to Church Fuel account under google@churchfuel.com
- Search via Church Name being sure it is an exact match
- Click Settings→Account→Account Details
- If you can see Account ID and Account Name, we have access
- Copy ID # and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_analytics_id
- Copy exact Church Name and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_analytics_name
- In Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_analytics_message, type True
- Google Business Profile
- Navigate to https://business.google.com/organizations/110361864041434940588/overview
- Login using nerds@churchfuel.com
- Search via Church Name
- If the Church name pops up, click on it
- This will take you to the Google Business Profile
- Click 3 dots in top right corner, select Business Profile Settings, Advanced Settings
- Copy Business Profile ID and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_business_location_id
- Copy exact Church Name and paste in Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_business_location_name
- In Active Campaign under Church Account, Connection IDs, google_business_location_is_success, type True

- In Active Campaign, find Church in Column 10
- Load church account in Active Campaign
- Check Connection IDs, hopefully they should all be filled out
- Facebook Page
- Facebook Ads Account
- Google Ads Account
- Google Analytics
Google Business Profile
- In Active Campaign Tasks, choose tasks assigned to Ryan Keller and filter by incomplete
- Find corresponding task to your church
Open that task in a new tab
- Open Church’s Sub-Account in Church Fuel (Agency View)
- Click Search
- Click Church subaccount
- Click Reselling
- Click Ad Manager
- Toggle Ad Manager ON
Pay $0
- Switch to Church’s Sub Account in beta.churchfuel.com
- Click Settings
- Click Integrations
- Connect Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Page, Facebook Ads Account and Google Business Profile
Be sure to reference the names / account numbers listed in Active Campaign under Connection IDs.
- Connect Google Ads & Analytics
- Sign in with google → google@churchfuel.com
- Hit Refresh
- Select Analytics Account - must be identical to name in Active Campaign
- If you type the first letter of your church, it will slowly take you through the list of churches that start with that letter. You can also try typing in the church name quickly and it may pull up that way.
- Select Property - Select one that matches in Active Campaign
- If none match AC, use https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tag-assistant/kejbdjndbnbjgmefkgdddjlbokphdefk to find Analytics account on their website
- Select MCC Adwords Account - Always 1621048439
- If no Adwords account shows up, try using Incognito browser
- Select Client Adwords ID - Match to Google Ads Account ID in AC
- If you get an error:
- Hover over exclamation point
- Copy error code
- Add task in Active Campaign: Troubleshoot Google Ads/Google Analytics Account.
- Assign to Charity.
- Due date one week from today.
- Click show more options.
- Paste error code.
- Sign your name.
- Click set a reminder.
- Click save task.
- Connect Facebook Page & Facebook Ads Account
- In Facebook, sign in to Church Fuel Team Business Portfolio at business.facebook.com (https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users?business_id=387056784784385)
- Click people
- Select your name
- Click Assign Assets
- Click Facebook pages and match to beta_page_name in AC
- Select Partial Access + Leads
- Click Ad Accounts and match to beta_ad_account_name in AC
- Select Full Control
- Click Assign Assets
- Back in Software
- Under Facebook, click Connect
- Click Reconnect
- Select Church Page, click connect and Continue (can search by using command + f on a Mac)
- Click No, I will do it later
- Refresh page
- Select Ad Account (type in name)
- If you get an error: You can still move them along in the process, no need to create a task. We will have them connect it themselves when they request FB Ads.
- In Facebook, sign in to Church Fuel Team Business Portfolio at business.facebook.com (https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users?business_id=387056784784385)
- Connect Google Business Profile
- Click Connect
- Select Group - Church Fuel Beta
- Search for Church Name (per Connection IDs)
- Select Church
- Click Connect
- Click Confirm
- Click Back button
- Back on Integrations page, it should say Connected and the name of the church. You may need to refresh the page.
- If you get an error:
- Hover over exclamation point
- Copy error code
- Add task in Active Campaign:
- Troubleshoot Google Business Listing.
- Assign to Krista.
- Due date one week from today.
- Click show more options.
- Paste error code.
- Sign your name.
- Click set a reminder.
- Click save task.
- Connect Ad Manager
- Click Marketing
- Click on Ad Manager
- Select a Google Ad Account
- Select a Meta Ad Account
- Select Facebook Page, click Connect
- Click “Get Started”
- To check that everything is connected:
- Click Reputation on the left, Click GBP Optimization, Business Profile info should now show
- Click Dashboard, Google Ads Report numbers should now show
In Active Campaign, complete (or delete) task for your church
- Drag church to column 11&12
- *Clarification Needed* Under Church Profile, check off “Integrations Completed” in Active Campaign if all these steps were successful

*Ensure that you have the correct permissions to access and modify the Google and Facebook accounts.
*Be aware that it may take some time for the dashboard to reflect the updated stats after integration.
