How to Add Church Fuel as an Administrator to Your Google for Nonprofits Account

So you’re ready to add Church Fuel as an administrator to your Google for Nonprofits account—congrats! Let’s walk through it together, step by step. You’ve got this. 💪

Here is a link to a Video that shows you the step by step instructions or you can follow along below!

Step 1: Head to the Google for Nonprofits Homepage 🌐

Start by going to google.com/nonprofits.

You’ll see a Sign In button—give that a click.

This will take you to a screen asking which email you want to sign in with. This is where things can get a little tricky, so let’s slow down. 🐢

Step 2: Make Sure You’re Using the Right Email 📧

Google will show you an email and ask if that’s the one you want to use.

  • If this is the email you used to apply, then yay—you’re on the right track! Click the bright blue Continue button. 🎉
  • If it’s NOT the right email, click Use a different account and try another one. 🔄

Not sure which email you used when you applied?

Good news: Google gives you clues 🕵️‍♂️👀.

Look for these signs:

  • If you’re signed in correctly, you’ll see your church’s name at the top. (Ignore whether products are activated yet—that part doesn’t matter right now. If you see your church name, you’re golden. ✨)

  • If Google is asking you to start a new application, you’re in the wrong inbox. Just tap Back, choose Use a different account, and give another email a shot. 🔙🔍

Step 3: Add Church Fuel as an Administrator 🛠️

Once you’re officially inside your Google for Nonprofits account (cue the angel choir 🎶😇), look at the top navigation bar for the Administrators tab. Click it.

Next:

  1. Click the blue Add Administrator button ➕

    Enter this info:

    • Name: Church Fuel Team
    • Email: google@churchfuel.com
  2. Hit the blue Add button.

Boom. Done. You just made our day. 🙌

Step 4: Add Backup Administrators (Future-Proofing at Its Finest 🔐)

We highly recommend adding at least two more administrators. These can be:

  • Two team members from your church, or
  • Additional email addresses you personally have access to.

Why? Because if one email ever gets hacked or locked out, you don’t want to lose access to your entire account. Think of it like giving your future self a spare key under the welcome mat—super helpful! 🗝️😄

You Did It! 🎉🙌
