Goodstack says "we're not able to verify that you are associated with" my church. What do I do now?

If Goodstack says they can't verify your association with your church, don't despair! Reach out to them here: https://help.goodstack.org/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4837197982737

You can Chat them in the bottom right corner of the page or you can use the form to submit a request.

If using the form, follow these steps:

Select "I'd like my rejected application to be reviewed" in the "Please choose your issue below" dropdown menu.
Fill in the email address you were logged in with when you applied for Google for Nonprofits
Select your rejection reason from the dropdown. Goodstack recommend checking your rejection email so that you get this step correct.

In the "Nonprofit Name" field type your church's legal name exactly as it appears on your church's paper work that you submitted, even if your church goes by a different name currently.
The "Nonprofit Registration Number or Tax ID" field is optional but I recommend filling it in for faster service. If you're in the USA and the paperwork you submitted when you applied lists your church's Federal EIN number you can put that in this box. If not, your paperwork likely lists some sort of state ID number. If you're not sure what number to put here, just leave it blank.

Put in your church's website
In the "Partner name" dropdown select "Google"
Description: Type something like
1. Hello! I received a message that you were unable to confirm my association with [church name]. What do you need from me to remedy this?
Attachments: Attach your church's articles of incorporation or some other official government doc for your church. If you don't have that you may submit a voided bank deposit slip from the church (redact any sensitive information before you do) or a contract that proves you work for the church.

Then hit "submit"!

Keep an eye on your spam folder since Goodstack messages often end up there.
