Can I run Google Ads to other platforms like Youtube, facebook?

Google does not allow you to run ads to any platform other than your own website - if you try running ads to a platform like Facebook, Youtube, Church Center, etc. using the Google Ad Grant money, Google will immediately terminate your Ad Grant account.
